Terms & Conditions

1. Content Guidelines: We reserve the absolute right to reject any imagery, slogans, or URLs that contain explicit material, hate speech, illegal gambling, extreme political messaging, or scams.

2. Refunds: If your content is explicitly rejected for violating our safety and content guidelines, your payment will be refunded minus a 5% administrative processing fee (capped at a maximum deduction of Rs. 5,000). Approved placements are final and non-refundable.

3. Permanence & Uptime: Approved pixels are permanent for the lifespan of The Million PK website. While we strive for 99% uptime, we are not liable for temporary server outages or domain issues.

4. Liability: We do not guarantee traffic, clicks, or sales to your target URL. You are purchasing digital visual space only.

5. Payment Clearance: Pixel reservations are only locked in once the manual bank transfer is verified. Unpaid blocks will be cleared and released back to the public after 24 hours.

6. Copyright & Ownership: You must own the rights to the images, logos, and URLs you submit. We hold zero liability for copyright infringement claims against user-uploaded digital real estate.
